Internship Exchange

Now Accepting Internship Applications For Summer 2016

We are pleased to announce a newly established Illinois-MGH summer internship on Molecular Imaging. This is a unique opportunity for you as an Illinois student to prepare for your future career in clinical research and the biomedical industry.

This program offers the opportunity for up to six Illinois graduate students to spend two summer months at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston.

It was created based on comprehensive research and training collaborations outlined by the recent memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Department of Radiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

The Gordon Center for Medical Imaging at Mass General and Harvard University develops new medical imaging technologies used in diagnosis and therapy. The Center core activities include: research, training and education, and translation of innovative research into clinical application.

Under this summer internship program, you’re encouraged to work with faculty and researchers at the Gordon Center at Massachusetts General Hospital:
